Favorite subject "physical geography"

During this semester, as a student I´ve enjoyed the class of "Physical Geography", in which the teachers teach us about different aspects of geography, like the ground, climatology, and the geography of water.
In class the professors teach us the content, explaining all the different parts and appreciations, after this, the class is complemented by trips, which usually took the whole day. In this travels, we have to take notes, because we are going to be evaluated in the next days, for this activities we must apply the content that we already seen in class, making a report of the stops that we took during the activity.
The main contets in this class are divided into three areas of study, wich are the ones that I named earlier: geography of the grounds, climatology and geography of the water.
 In geography of the grounds, the teacher explained us all the properties and characteristics of the different kind of grounds, and also how they produce a lot of phenomena in the surface area.
Climatology it´s about the atmosphere and all the processes that occur in it.
I can´t say much about the geography of water because we only have one class of this subject, so I´d rather not say so much about it.
I like pshysical geography because I enjoy seen how all this different phenomena take place in the earth, each one in a very different way.

google earth

In this session, I´m going to talk about "Google Earth", wich is a website developed by Google in 2004.
It´s a very useful tool to see a virtual image of our planet earth, and as a freshmen student I have to use a lot because all the projects that the teachers send us is through this amazing web platform.
I like the site because the lenguage used in this website it´s very simple, and for me, a first year student, it´s a great way to acquire some experience for the incomings platforms that are not so easy to use.
The website has a lot of sections, allowing a very smooth use, beacause I learning by doing.
The functions are varied, from see some point or place in the planet, to extrapolate diferent kind of layers or designate different areas based on the study that I need to do.
I visit this website at least once time a week, in fact, I download the app for my cellphone, because some times I don´t have a computer near.

I this session I would talk about a photograph that I take, it shows the match between the teams of soccer "Universidad de Chile" and "San Luis de Quillota".
This match was the last one of the season and defined the champion of the chilean league of soccer.  This photo has a lot of meaning to me and thats is why I likes me,

because reflects all the pasion that has the fans including myself.
It was taken recently, in May 20,I remember clearly all the atmosphere in the stadium, it´s like a big noise and a heavy air.
It was a dificult match, "San Luis" had all of his team in their area, but when they counterattack their players were well organized and create very situations of danger for "U de Chile". This was not enought to beat the team, and thanks a move of Felipe Mora the club can score the most important goal of the season and crown as the champion of Chile.

Favourite book:

When I was a child I didn´t developed the habit of reading, I only read the books that were assigned to me in the school. This change a few years ago, when I started to read a book from a TV show that I like it.
Actually I don´t remember the first book that I read, but my favorite author is George RR Martin, who wrote the novels "A song of fire an ice", the most striking saga of all times.
The books that I like to read are those of science fiction and fantasy.
If I had to choose one book as a favorite, I would chose "A dance with dragons", the las book of the saga of George.
Now I reading the book "From animals to gods" of the author Yuval Harari, because I want something different only for a change.

I discovered my dream job when I was a teenager, it´s work in the ONU. I´m fascinated by the fact that you can work for the people when you travel around the world. Because of this I chose the career of geography, indeed I didn´t have others careers as options at the moment of applying to the university, because my goal was always clear, I wanted to study something related whit the people and their environment, that is what made my decide in the end.
My experience in the university has been short, but i think that this is the right way to reach my goal.
Finally the type of job that I would like to have is my dream job.

My auto Biography

Hello everybody, I ´m going to introduce myself so you can know me a little.
I was born in 1997, in Santiago and I ´ve spend my hole life here, but I do not discard live in a diferent place in the future.
I ´ve studied in  Colegio Pedro de Valdivia where I made a number of friendships wich remain intact until now.
Now i find myself studying geography, I choose this career because interest me how we conduct ourselves as society, what strikes me most is the relationship that we have with our environment.
I can´t tell much about my family, because I´m only child and i live only with my mom.I never made a big deal being the only son, because my mom always encouraged me to make a lot of friends.
When I have free time, i like go out with some friends, play soccer or wach a TV show, a movie or read some book.
My time in the university has been very short, but until now i enjoy it.
